An accidental Chartered Accountant destined for entrepreneurship. Deepak started his career with Deloitte in Audits and advisory. He later moved to CRISIL, where he worked as a senior credit analyst for more than 4 years. His work included understanding of new businesses, meeting promoters and decoding their strategies. Having evaluated companies across scale ranging from SMEs to conglomerates and across sectors, he honed his skills further at CARE ratings. In his last assignment at Samsung, he was credit controller for Mobile division looking after annual sales in excess of USD 6 Billion. His ability to speak 4 local dialects, interest in meeting new people, understanding new businesses and places further gifted him with other ingredients required for entrepreneurship.

Vikas Agarwal

Vikas is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of work experience. He takes to credit like a duck to water. This designed for entrepreneurship CA started his career with leading global consulting firm Ernst & Young in Audits & advisory and later moved to CEAT. At CEAT, he worked at Treasury, which gave him much-needed insights in banking and fund raising operations. Even after doing exceptionally well in his routine jobs, employment bug never let him rest and he started an advisory firm exclusively for SMEs. Committed to helping small enterprises, he has already helped more than 300 SMEs raise funds both in initial and expansion stage of businesses.

Mr. K C Jain

  Director and Chief Credit officer

Mr. Jain carries an invaluable experience of more than 30 years with the Bank of Baroda, a leading Public sector bank in India. Having worked across the facets of banking and primarily in credit, he is well versed with the problems being faced by retail customers and SME clients. He has worked at several leadership positions in Bank of Baroda across India. During his experience, he has identified the existing gaps in traditional Indian banking. We at Nidhi Lakshmi family are moving towards bridging those gaps.
